SHIPPING FAQ

  • How soon are orders dispatched after purchase?

I aim to dispatch any orders within the next 3 days after purchase. Estimated delivery times are calculated after the dispatch time.

In the case of a delay, I will contact you via email to let you know.

  • How long will my order take to arrive?

UK (excluding Northern Ireland) orders are estimated to take around 1-3 working days to arrive after dispatch, depending on service chosen, however can take up to a week or longer to arrive on occasion, especially at peak times such as the holiday season.

Orders to anywhere else are estimated to take around 6-7 working days to arrive after dispatch, however can take up to a month or longer to arrive as international shipping can be unpredictable, especially at peak times such as the holiday season.

  • I ordered multiple items, however I just received one of them today, is this normal?

Due to strict size and weight constraints on letters, I sometimes have to send orders in multiple separate shipments to avoid going over the limit. Even though these are dispatched at the same time, often they end up separated in transit, and therefore often reach their destination on different dates.

If part of your order does not arrive after a month after dispatch, or if you suspect part of the order is missing due to damage to the packaging in transit, please contact me via email (contact form preferred).

  • Are taxes/VAT/import duty fees included in the listed price?

In the case of UK (excluding Northern Ireland) customers, sales are VAT and customs exempt.

In the case of USA customers, shipment handling fees are included in the shipping cost, and postal delivery duties will be paid for on my behalf
in advance.

In all other international orders, import duties, handling fees, and any other import fees are NOT included in the listed price or shipping cost.

IMPORTANT: I am not responsible for any taxes or import fees your local authorities may charge you when your order enters your country, please keep any potential extra costs in mind when ordering from outside the UK.

  • Are there any countries/zones you won't ship to?

I aim to ship anywhere in the world where possible.

As of 2025, I no longer ship to the EU and Northern Ireland due to new GPSR regulations.

In the event that I am unable to ship to a particular country or location, the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued through PayPal.

  • Do you accept returns?

I am not able to accept returns on any orders.

  • Which payment processors do you accept?

Currently I am only able to accept payment through PayPal, debit/credit, and Venmo.

  • Do you accept refunds?

In the unfortunate event that an order arrives significantly damaged (for example, the package was folded in half or suffered water damage in transit) I am able to offer a partial or full refund of the value of the item (depending on the level of damage or the number of items damaged) if requested, once photographic proof is submitted through email.

Refunds for damage are only offered up to 2 months since the order was placed, and can only be offered through PayPal.

Full refunds are also offered in any case where an order could not be processed or in the case that an order does not arrive. Please contact me to let me know if your order does not arrive after 1 month.

  • What is your privacy policy?

I do not share your personal details with anyone except for the delivery service provider, who will be provided with your address, email, and phone number.

I previously did not require email and phone number for non-tracked orders, but as of changes with my delivery service provider in 2025, I now require this info for all orders.

Your name provided by PayPal will not be shared with anyone or shown anywhere. On the envelope, I will only use the name provided specifically as part of the delivery address.

  • X product is out of stock, will you bring it back?

Unfortunately I can't guarantee an item will come back in stock once it has sold out. If you missed out on a product you wanted (for example, a batch of stickers sold out), feel free to contact me to show interest, I am more likely to make/order reprints if I'm aware there's demand for them!

Original paintings and wood carvings are one of a kind pieces and cannot be brought back in stock once sold, though similar pieces may be made and sold again in the future.

  • I wanted X piece but it was sold out when I saw it, can I commission you for a similar piece?

Currently I am not offering commissions, however feel free to contact me to express interest in a new similar piece being made, and I will definitely take it into consideration!

  • If I buy an original, do I now own the commercial rights to the artwork?

No, I retain the full use rights of any artwork sold unless usage rights are specifically arranged to be sold along with the artwork.

By purchasing one one my original pieces, you are simply purchasing the physical object (the painting or carving itself), not the rights to the imagery.

  • Can I leave a tip?
